Finding and winning loads
The app is designed to do the freight exchange work for the driver: find suitable loads, check who’s offering them, bid within agreed limits, line up the next job before the current one ends, and get the invoice paid sooner.
How it will work

Set up the truck once
Vehicle type, size, weight limits, equipment, home base and the lowest price per kilometre the driver or haulier will accept.

Offers read from the exchanges
The plugin connects to freight exchanges such as TIMOCOM and reads offers that match the truck and its route.

Every load costed and checked
Distance, tolls, fuel, driving hours and any ferry or tunnel crossing are worked out, and the client is checked, before any bid.

Bids within your limits
The app bids on the driver’s behalf and never goes below the limits set. Anything outside them waits for a person to approve.

Minimum price, how far to drive empty to a collection, countries or roads to avoid, and days off.

Let the app bid on its own within the rules, or have it ask before every bid.

Clients checked before bidding
Looks up the client first: Companies House records for UK companies and exchange ratings elsewhere, so drivers avoid clients who don’t pay.

Next load before arrival
From part-way through a trip, the app watches for loads near the drop-off so the truck can reload straight away.

Fewer empty kilometres
Return legs are filled wherever possible instead of driving home empty.

Paid faster
Proof of delivery sends the invoice straight away, with an option to be paid within 24 hours through invoice finance.

Each offer, bid and reply is logged with the job, so nothing is agreed without a trail.
