How it will work

Route planned for the vehicle
Height, weight, length and any dangerous goods decide which roads, bridges and tunnels the truck can use.

Driving hours and parking planned in
Breaks and rest stops are placed within UK and EU drivers’ hours rules, at secure truck parking wherever possible.

Right gate, first time
The exact gate or loading bay is pinpointed, with access notes and a site contact.

Delivered and documented
CMR notes, photos and signatures are captured in the app, and the invoice follows straight away.

Low bridges, weight limits and narrow roads are avoided based on the vehicle’s real dimensions.

Weekend and holiday lorry bans across Europe are built into every plan.

Checks London’s lorry safety permit (Direct Vision Standard) and Low Emission Zone, city clean air zones and the Dartford Crossing charge before the route is set.

Difficult destinations found
Industrial estates, ports and farms with hard-to-find entrances are pinpointed, and access notes are remembered for next time.

Driving hours built in
Every plan respects UK and EU drivers’ hours rules, so it can be driven legally.

Secure parking on the route
Books secure truck parking where the driver’s rest break falls, to cut the risk of cargo theft.

Tracking and proof of delivery
Clients see where their goods are and receive signed proof of delivery and photos.

CO2 report per delivery
Works out the emissions for each delivery, ready for clients who have to report their transport emissions.
